After we understand an outward vision, and a vision to equip people where they are, the question comes, "how?" In other words, what practical dynamic are we going to use to actually disciple people? Obviously, individual relationships are primary. Every Christian must be both a disciple and a discipler. But we believe that there is a strategic way to structure the church that creates maximum opportunity for learning and connection.We have many different types of small groups, divided by age, gender, interests, and topics. Our goal is for our groups to change in order to adapt to the specific discipleship needs of the moment.
